3 years ago today

Jason and I were married. Who would have ever thought that by our 3rd anniversary we would have moved 4 times, (Cypress-Kingwood, Kingwood-Cypress, Cypress-Tomball, Tomball-Austin) and had 2 kids. We hope to not have to move again. I am very greatful for my MIL & FIL who are going to watch the girls on Friday night so that Jason and I can go out and have an evening with just the two of us.
This is my BIL's master piece. Thanks Jimmy.

Brooke can say Emma

So we have been trying to get Brooke to say Emma since before she was born. Brooke has called her baby, Hope (her little cousins name) and sister, but not Emma. Yesterday was the first time she said it and today I got her on tape. Sorry it is not the best, but you get the point.

Cute clothing = great buy

Went shopping at this adorable little children's boutique that is going out of business. I have to admit I went back three times to get the girls dresses. I spent $40 each time and saved $468 off the retail price. I am in love with the dresses. Here is Emma in one of them.

2 months old

Took Emma to the dr today for her 2 month check up and she is doing great. She even Slept through the night last night. A whole eight hours it was wonderful. She is now 10 lbs 0.5 oz and 21 1/4 inches long. She is in the 25% for weight and 10% for height. Her reflux is getting better every day and she even is smiling at us now.

AND SOME MORE PICTURES

I don't know if you can tell, but we had a lot of fun today. It was great to get to spend so much time playing as a family. Above: Brooke making a snow angel for the first time.
Below: Emma, snug as a bug and looking cute.

Jason had to make a big snowman. He wanted to use all the snow in the backyard, but we made one over 5ft and only used about 1/3rd of the snow.

More Pictures

The snow just keeps coming. We live across the stree from an Elem school and the kids have been out playing in the snow almost all day.

Snow Day

So we woke up to snow this morning and had to have some fun. Here are some pictures and videos.

Bows

I am blessed to know a very talented person who makes the girls bows. Almost every single bow we own is done by her. I am excited to say that she has a website now. http://www.bowsbydeborah.com/
Deborah has asked if my girls could be models for her site. The pictures are not up yet, but I hope they will be soon. I have a link to her site on my sidebar so you are always able to find it. Her bows are just the best. Here are some pictures with Brooke and Emma in her bows.

I just love this one of Brooke. The light from the window is so soft. I can't believe how grown up she is. And trust me it is not easy to get a picture of an active toddler.

Upper GI

Emma had to have an Upper GI done today. We were testing for Reflux and to see if anything else was going on. She did show reflux, but I don't know how bad. We are waiting for the Dr to call with the results. On another note...Wed 2-17-10 she weighed 9lbs, 14.5oz.
Here are some pictures from the Upper GI. It was so hard for me not to cry seeing her strapped down like this.
