Latest Stats
Yesterday I took Sarah in for a follow up apt on her reflux. She is doing much better with the reflux but we have to weigh her in so the medication can be adj with her weight. She is now 10lbs 10oz still in the 25%. She has out grown almost all of her newborn clothes so we have moved on to 0-3mths. She will be in these for a while since most of them swallow her. I also think she will be in size 1 diapers for a long time as well, since she is no where near out growing them.
Morning at the Park
Last Friday the weather here was great. It was in the upper 70's lower 80's when we got up so we headed to the park. The girls had a blast and even Jason got in on some of the fun.
I love this shot of Emma
Emma was not to sure about the slideBut at the bottom she ended up with a HUGE SMILE on her face. Of course Brooke loved it too.Emma always love to swingBrooke climbing up all by her self. She is getting so big.And down she goes.Emma thought this was neat.Running to keep up with her sister as always
Glad we had such a wonderful time as a family.
Hanging out
Sarah was hanging out on her playmat and blanket so I decided to take some pictures. Guess who had to get in them to....

Updates
So I forgot to mention that Sarah's Upper GI came back all good. It did show reflux, but there are not other issue with her. Praise God.
Also Emma went in for a hear test. I noticed that she doesn't seem to hear/respond to me all the time. I also noticed that she hasn't been picking up any new words in the past few months. Her test came back good for now. They will have her go back again at the end of the year to try and do side specific testing. Right now she is to young to do it.
Of course since we had the test done (two weeks ago) she has learn to say about 5 more words. Her Dr, thinks that Brooke may be doing a lot of the taking for her. I would not be suprised if that was the case.
First Dance Class
I have been wanting to get Brooke into a dance class or a gymnastics class of some kind. I feel she really needs the time to spend with other kiddos her age. I found a dance school right next to her dr and thought we would give it a try. She has only had one class, but she loves it. I can't wait to see her progress as class goes on. Here are some pictures from her first day. Not all of the are the best. I had to take them through a tinted glass that had super glare issues.
Sarah's 2 month stats
So I took Sarah to the dr on Monday for her 2 mth apt. She is doing much better with her reflux. Praise God. She is now 9lbs 13.5oz 22inches long. 25%for both. Dr did notice that she was still showing signs of torticollis so she will start PT next week. Emma had the same thing so I am not to worried.
We were playing and I put Sarah in Brooke's Baby doll cradle.

It was a Tuesday
Following a fellow blogger:
Sept 11, 2001 was a Tuesday.
I was in my second year of college at Sam Houston State University. I woke up like any other day and headed out to my first class of the Day (Eng). During class no one had any idea what the day was going to bring. After class I walked across campus to my second class (Geo) and it was then I knew something was up. Everyone was whispering back and forth. My prof came and as announced that both of the WTC towers had been hit by planes, but we would still be having class. An hr and half later class was out and at that point SHSU had canceled classes for the rest of the day. That is when I had a chance to really find out what had happened. I stopped by the BSM and people were huddled around a radio. I stayed for about 5-10mins and went to my dorm to watch the news. This is something I will never forget.
